Navigating Conflict, Strengthening Community: Community Building and Conflict Resolution at Ohio State University

Conflict is a normal part of any workplace or academic environment, but it doesn’t have to stand in the way of collaboration and community. Whether it’s colleagues caught in an ongoing dispute, a team experiencing tension after a stressful event, or students raising concerns in a department, the Community Building and Conflict Resolution program in the Office of Academic Affairs is here to help.

In this session, you’ll learn about the free conflict resolution, mediation, and training services available to all Ohio State faculty, staff, and students. You’ll also take part in a short interactive scenario that explores practical strategies for navigating the dimensions of conflict and fostering healthier working and learning environments.
